BioNitrogen Announces Agreement With Air Liquide for Plant Air and Gas Requirements


WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - May 12, 2015) - BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (OTC PINK: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes patented technology to build environmentally-friendly plants that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, today announced that it has reached a multi-plant agreement with Air Liquide Industrial U.S. starting with collaboration on all the air and gas requirements for the Hendry County plant.

In a letter to Gregg Gillman, President of the Hendry County Economic Development Council, Wayne Bohannon, President, Air Liquide Industrial U.S., was quoted as stating, "Air Liquide has been working very closely with BioNitrogen over the past year to establish a relationship that we hope will continue far into the future. Our view is that BioNitrogen's innovative, green project is the type of project Air Liquide finds interesting and attractive."
