BioNitrogen Appoints Paul B. Savoldelli to Its Board


WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Sep 8, 2014) - BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes patented technology to build environmentally-friendly plants in the US that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, announced today that the company has added Paul B. Savoldelli as a board member effective immediately. Mr. Savoldelli will replace Dr. Terry Collins, one of the founders of BioNitrogen's patented technology, who will continue to serve on the company's Technical Advisory board.

Currently the Chief Executive Officer of Americas Management, Savoldelli has over 25 years of experience in international transactions, with a primary focus in Latin America. Having served on the Board of Directors of a number of companies such as Telefonica de Argentina, Citicorp Equity Investments and Fox Pan American Sports, he possesses the appropriate set of management and leadership skills.

Savoldelli has lived and worked in many countries including, Mexico, Argentina, England and Saudi Arabia. He received his B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from UCLA and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.
