MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 12, 2012) - BioNitrogen Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BION) announced today it has retained Dorsey & Whitney as its general counsel.

Dorsey & Whitney is an international law firm headquartered in Minneapolis with 19 offices worldwide. BioNitrogen will be working closely with Richard Raymer, corporate partner in the firm's Toronto office. Dorsey & Whitney has nearly 600 lawyers and 650 staff members specializing in a number of industries including clean technology, financial services and agribusiness.
