BioNitrogen Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Initial Plant Site in Hendry County, FL


WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - May 5, 2014) - BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes patented technology to build environmentally-friendly plants that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, announced today that it will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10am on May 14, 2014, at the site of the company's initial plant in Hendry County, Florida. The ceremony will be held at the Weekley Brothers Industrial Park located at 3013 Evercane Road in Clewiston. Senior management of BioNitrogen and state and local officials will be in attendance and will discuss the plans for Hendry County.
