Innovators of Multi-Factor Authentication Software Hire Former Watchguard Executive Keith Clements as VP of Client Services

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 14, 2007 -- BioPassword, Inc., the leader in software-only strong authentication, today announced the addition of industry veteran Keith Clements as vice president of client services. In his role, Clements will oversee product-related support for BioPassword's growing partner and customer base as well as the company's field teams. He will report directly to BioPassword CEO Mark Upson.

Clements was one of the pioneers at Watchguard (formerly Seattle Software Labs), and is credited with successfully growing the company's customer operations worldwide. In addition to his tenure at Watchguard, Clements brings more than 17 years of experience in high-tech operations and customer service management.
