BioPower Operations Corporation Announces the Appointment of Michael Dinkes, Esq., CPA to the Board of Directors and Head of the Audit Committee

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - Apr 26, 2012) - BioPower Operations Corporation (OTCQB: BOPO) (PINKSHEETS: BOPO) today announced that Michael Dinkes, Esq., CPA has agreed to join its Board of Directors and will be appointed Chairman of BioPower's Audit Committee. Mr. Dinkes, a seasoned attorney and Certified Public Accountant, has previously served in roles of both President and Chief Operating Officer of a public company with multiple subsidiaries.
