(CNSX:ZRO) (the "Company") announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Allan Gibbins as a director of the Company effective April 26, 2013. Mr. Gibbins will not be standing for re-election as a director at the Company's upcoming annual meeting of shareholders to be held May 29, 2013. The Company wishes to extend its appreciation to Mr. Gibbins for his services.
