BioSolar, Inc. Goes Public, Registration Statement Declared Effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission

SANTA CLARITA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 26, 2007 -- BioSolar, Inc. (OTCBB: BSRC), developer of a breakthrough technology to produce thin film, flexible solar cells on bio-based plastic substrates, today announced that the company's SB-2 registration statement has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
