BioSource Solutions Inc. Begins Initial Negotiations for Private Label Agreement of Eco-Certified Cleaning Products With Major Household Appliance Licensee to Be Sold in U.S. Markets

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - November 13, 2008) - BioSource Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BISL) (FRANKFURT: BIA) is in negotiations with a licensee of a major household appliance and product manufacturer with the intent of producing a full line of green friendly cleaning products that would be sold under a private label license agreement. It is expected that the company will request up to 7 of BioSource Solutions Eco-Certified environmentally friendly products. These products would then be made available for retail and sold in major markets throughout United States under this leading national brand. BioSource Solutions has already commenced construction of a new manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada. This new facility is strategically located to allow the company to produce their earth friendly products more efficiently and cost effectively. The Ontario facility is more than double the size of the Nova Scotia operations and is being equipped with some of the latest automated manufacturing equipment.
