BioteQ Secures $1 Million Contract for Sale of Mobile Ion Exchange Plant


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2011) - BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:BQE), a leader in the treatment of industrial waste water, has secured a contract from an international mining customer to provide a mobile water treatment plant for a mine site in Canada. Under the terms of the contract, valued at approximately $1 million, BioteQ will design and install a mobile plant that applies BioteQ's process to remove and recover dissolved metal from mine impacted water at the mine site, meet all applicable environmental discharge limits, and eliminate the production of waste sludge. The plant will be delivered to the customer's site in the first quarter of 2012.
