PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 23, 2012) - Opening October 25th at the Pasadena Convention Center, this year's Building Industry Show, "BIS 2012," has been redesigned and re-envisioned to be better than ever before. Now celebrating their 23rd year at BIS 2012, attendees will have the chance to create opportunities, generate qualified sales leads, establish a presence in the Southern California market, showcase their products and services to the region's top builders and developers, as well as network with established and prospective clients.

An educational seminar, called "In the Trenches. What's Working and Where" will feature Lance Williams, President of Williams Homes; Leonard Miller, Division President, Richmond American; and Maria Stamolis, Managing Director, Canyon Johnson. The seminar will provide an interactive forum focused on key factors such as risk, product design, market focus and other important decisions. The panelists will present perspectives and approaches representing three segments of the industry -- public, private and investor -- involved in single-family, condominium and mixed-use projects.
