Black Art Beer Enters Into Branding and Advertising Alliance With Mob Candy Magazine

Premium German Import Beer Begins New Media Program With Niche Media Conglomerate

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - October 13, 2009) - Black Art Beverage Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLVI) (www.blackartbeer.com) announced its affiliation with Mob Candy Magazine (www.mobcandymag.com) today that will encompass television, print and new media outlets. This is the first of several branding, marketing and advertising activities that Black Art has planned over the next several quarters.

Black Art Beer is the German produced Dark and Gold premium beer available now in North America.

Mob Candy is an American magazine purportedly celebrating the Mafia lifestyle. The magazine is subtitled "The Underworld Magazine of Mafia Politics, Pleasures and Power." Its target demographic is males age 21 to 40 years.

"We will work together with Black Art Beer in their marketing and advertising by staging in-club promotions and with our Mob Candy DJs on our radio and television shows. Jointly we will develop a new media and print program in-line with our websites and magazines.
