At the Request of Shareholders, Black Art Beer Details Alliance With Pro Pops Foundation

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - September 21, 2009) - Black Art Beverage, Inc. ("Black Art") (PINKSHEETS: BLVI) On September 18th, the company announced a marketing alliance with the Pro Pops Foundation. The company has received multiple requests for more detail regarding this relationship.

Black Art Beer is proud to announce that they have successfully established a partnership with Pro Pops Foundation, Inc. The Pro Pops foundation is responsible for 80 to 100 media and fundraising events around the country where the proceeds are used to:

--  Assist families who cannot afford medical and dental expenses
    including, but not limited to, annual family check-ups, general
    anesthesiology, and orthodontic treatment.
    
--  Assist parents to send their kids to productive summer camps and after
    school activities, which are not generally funded by government sources.
    
--  Assist in providing scholarships to youth and to fathers who are
    raising their children.
    
--  Provide a platform for professional athletes and their fathers so they
    may continue to have a means to reach out to young people.
    
--  Educating fathers on how to instill in their children the necessary
    values for their future success.
