Black Bull Resources Inc.: Quartz Processing Plant Update

SHELBURNE, NOVA SCOTIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 13, 2005) - The Company (TSX VENTURE:BBS) wishes to provide an update on progress for the construction of the quartz processing plant. Site preparation is on schedule. The pre-engineered steel building is currently being erected and Black Bull will be ready to start equipment installation by the end of September.

Under the supervision of VP Operations, Alan Davidson, process equipment purchasing and delivery remain on schedule for an end-of-October plant commissioning. Shipments of equipment have begun with the first dust collector. The fluid-bed dryer is expected to be shipped by the end of this month. A feed hopper conveyor system is being manufactured by a local Nova Scotia firm, and the product storage bins are also expected to be manufactured by a local company. Screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and a 100-tonne storage silo are being manufactured in Ontario. Magnetic separation equipment has been ordered. High-frequency screens are being fabricated for delivery in October. Bagging equipment, to fill semi-bulk bags and other bag sizes, has also been ordered. Delivery of most of the major pieces of equipment is expected by October 15.

Initial site electrical power is to be supplied by a diesel Caterpillar generator. The fluid bed dryer will be fired by propane.

Black Bull is currently reassessing its inventory requirements and may proceed with a blast and crush to ensure the dry-plant feed stockpile is adequate to meet demand over the winter months.

VP Marketing, Margaret Rhea, has carried out market research, and the Company continues to develop relationships with potential customers in these fields. Progress to date has indicated that orders should be in the pipeline when processing commences.

Photos depicting site progress to date have been posted on the Company's website, and the photos will be updated regularly until completion of plant construction.
