First Quarter Results

Black Diamond will release its 2016 first quarter results at 5:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") (7:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET")) on Tuesday May 3, 2016, and hold a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. MT (1:00 p.m. ET) on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
