Black Diamond Group Limited Announces September Dividend

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - September 21, 2016) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.025 per share to be paid on October 17, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2016. This dividend is an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.
