Black Diamond will release its 2015 fourth quarter results at 4:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") (6:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET")) on Thursday March 3, 2016, and hold a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. MT (1:00 p.m. ET) on Thursday, March 3, 2016.
