Black Dragon's Sale of Oil Property Contributes to Gains in 2006

OIL CITY, LA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 30, 2007 -- Black Dragon Resource Companies (PINKSHEETS: BDGR) today announced that updated Operating Revenue for 2006 was $3,126,864, reflecting sale of oil property.

Black Dragon's management originally reported the figure at $2,482,219, but after taking into consideration the reselling of the Caddo Lake property, another $644,645 had to be added. Gross revenue in 2005 was $1,099,460.

In addition, management is reporting a profit of $105,614 in 2006, compared to a loss of $176,883 in 2005.

"I want to stress that these are unaudited numbers. We are in the process of submitting them to the SEC auditors," stated Joe Lanza, CEO of Black Dragon.
