Black Ink Announces Additional Functionality to Serve Manufacturing Companies' Two-Tier Distribution Model

Sales and Marketing Performance KPIs Extends Across Dealers, Retailers, Distributors and Branch Sales Channels


BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Jan 27, 2015) - Black Ink, the leading enterprise marketing performance ROI software, has extended the functionality of its Eye On Enterprise Marketing ROI Suite to provide marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales and marketing performance of branches, distributors, dealers and retailers. The only real-time SaaS solution, Eye On's end-to-end functionality uses built-in financial analytics intelligence to measure, monitor and maximize the entire sales eco-system.

Companies utilizing a two-tiered sales channel, such as manufacturers, now have the opportunity to evaluate their enterprise's end-to-end performance. This includes all distributors and branches as well as the retail point of sale. This extended functionality helps management focus on the key performance indicators to drive more business performance where it is most important to them.

Specific enhancements to Eye On include 10 new pre-built key KPIs. Eye On customers now receive competitor and dealer locations and analytics displayed via GIS mapping. Location of existing customers, market share penetration and current share opportunities are all displayed. The platform also provides the ability to add third party data such as census data, consumer mover data, PCOA data hygiene for data accuracy, weather data feeds, etc.
