Management has appointed Mr. Frederick T. Graybeal to its advisory board and his knowledge of Arizona Copper properties will be a tremendous advantage to the Company. Mr. Graybeal received an AB in geology from Dartmouth College in 1960, followed by MS and PhD degrees from the University of Arizona. He then held various positions in the exploration industry including work on the Four Metals deposit. In 2003 he retired from ASARCO Inc. where he had been Chief Geologist since 1980. He is now an industry consultant and participates in a porphyry copper research project in Arizona with the US Geological Survey.

The Company has also submitted a plan of operation to the Director of Mines of Manitoba to designate its Wekusko Lake, Manitoba gold property as an Advanced Exploration Project. Upon approval, the Company will extract and process a bulk sample of up to 10,000 tonnes from the Gold Dust zone. This bulk sample will seek to establish continuity of grade as a guide for future full scale mining programs at the Wekusko property. Road permitting has been recently received for access to the Ferro mine site. It is anticipated that equipment for the program will be mobilized at the end of March 2007. The bulk sample will test the high grade intercepts near the top of the gold Dust zone encountered in its 2005 and 2006 winter campaigns including
