Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend

BELOIT, WI--(Marketwired - August 27, 2015) - Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: BHWB) reports that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock. Shareholders of record on September 11, 2015 will be paid a dividend of $0.04 per share on September 25, 2015. The dividend represents a $0.02 increase over the previous quarterly dividend. The dividend amounts to $0.16 per share on an annual basis and is the sixth consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the company.
