BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. Unitholders of record of a fund on June 19, 2015 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on June 30, 2015.
