BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the August 2015 cash distributions for the iShares ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which pay on a monthly basis. Unitholders of record of a fund on August 26, 2015 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on August 31, 2015.

CBO & CBO.A
As communicated on June 1, FTSE TMX Global Debt Capital Markets Inc. made certain enhancements to CBO's index, which were designed to improve the diversification and liquidity of the index. As a result of these enhancements, the yield to maturity of CBO's portfolio experienced a small increase, while the coupon yield also decreased. CBO's cash distribution reflects this decrease in coupon yield.
CPD & CPD.A
The change in CPD's distribution rate is a reflection of the general decline in interest rates in Canada.
