Blackstone Outlines Large Conductive Anomalies at High-Grade Base Metal Showings, Northern Sweden

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 28, 2007) - Blackstone Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BLV) has received initial results from a recently completed airborne electromagnetic survey on its 100% owned Uma property in northern Sweden. The property is host to numerous high-grade massive sulphide boulders and outcrops which have been found over a strike length of at least 20 kilometres with assays of up to 6.64% Cu, 20.9% Zn, 16.75% Pb, 87gpt Ag and 0.54gpt Au. The airborne survey, which was completed over three areas covering known high-grade mineralization, outlined several strong electromagnetic anomalies including large conductive anomalies measuring in excess of 1,000 by 300 metres. The largest anomaly (dubbed the Suitcase Boulder Area) occurs proximal and immediately up-ice of large, angular high-grade massive sulphide boulders and could possibly represent their source. Maps of all three survey blocks are provided in an appendix to this release.

Based on these initial encouraging results Blackstone has planned to complete an additional 3,100 line-kilometre airborne electromagnetic survey to be flown once daylight flying conditions improve in 2008. To date a 400 line-kilometre survey has been completed.

The exploration program is carried out under the direction of Jari Paakki, P.
