Block Chiropractic Announces 'Take Shape for Life' Weight Loss Program

SELDEN, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 6, 2011) - Block Chiropractic announced that the center offers the 'Take Shape for Life' weight loss program. This program helps patients successfully lose weight and keep the pounds off by focusing on lifestyle changes and boosting metabolism through a healthy diet. 'Take Shape for Life' helps patients get on the path towards optimal health with personal coaching, dietary changes and regular exercise. In addition to weight loss counseling, the wellness center also provides nutrition counseling, natural pain management and chiropractic care for back and neck pain. The wellness center serves the Smithtown and Selden communities.

Smithtown and Selden chiropractors Drs. Jeffrey and Richard Block announced that their practice, Block Chiropractic, offers the 'Take Shape for Life' weight loss program. The program is designed to help patients lose weight and get healthy for life by making lifestyle and dietary changes.
