In lieu of receiving their distributions in cash, Canadian resident beneficial unitholders of Class A units may choose to have their distributions reinvested in additional Class A units of the Fund in accordance with the Fund's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), providing an opportunity to benefit from compounding through reinvestment at the prevailing market value of Class A units of the Fund. There is no distribution reinvestment plan for Class U unitholders. The Fund will buy the additional Class A units on the open market.
