More than 12 awards in three countries were handed out to Blue Diamond Resort brands including CHIC Punta Cana, Royalton Luxury Resorts and Memories Resorts.
Upon returning home, guests who book vacations with Canadian travel agents are asked to complete a short survey for Monarc. The results of this survey are collected, allowing the company to rank resorts based on the values important to Canadian guests. Over the past year 110,000 travelers offered to share their experience across a comprehensive set of criteria.
