HOUSTON, TEXAS--(Marketwire - Oct. 5, 2010) - Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:HHEL) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire One Hundred Percent (100%) of the common stock of TY Recycling,Inc. a Canada based PET and Nylon Recycling company. The acquisition will be an all stock transaction, utilizing restricted common stock of Blue Gold Beverages, Inc.

TY Recycling, Inc. has contracts for the extraction and acquisition of PET from a Canadian municipality, and likewise has a purchase order for such material. Additionally, the company has a dedicated nylon supply to be delivered for purchase oversees.

Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. is now in the final stages of due diligence to assure that representations of T Y Recycling, Inc. are in place and properly executed. Daniel Solomita, President and CEO of Blue Gold Beverages, Inc. stated "The proposed acquisition of TY Recycling will not only bring profitable revenue to the company but TY Recycling has also developed a network of PET and Nylon sources and purchasers which put our company on a fast track for one of our corporate objectives which is to deal with 100% environmentally friendly businesses in a profitable way for our shareholders.
