Charles Bass, Dale Adkins, Christian Fernando and Ian Wells join to expand the company in 2017

GRAND RAPIDS, MI--(Marketwired - December 14, 2016) - Blue Medora, a leading innovator in IT operational analytics (ITOA) for enterprise cloud, database and infrastructure management, today announced the appointment of three global vice presidents and an EMEA sales director to support its rapid worldwide growth:

Charles Bass, Vice President of Channels - Bass will oversee its channel program and expand business opportunities with partners such as New Relic and VMware, which resell Blue Medora's True Visibility Suite, to provide a centralized platform for monitoring applications and hybrid cloud infrastructure. He joins Blue Medora from Tegile, where he was most recently vice president of channel sales. Prior to that, he served as vice president of alliances and strategic accounts at Promark Technology and as director of channel sales at LeftHand Networks.

Dale Adkins, Vice President of Business Development - Adkins brings more than 30 years of experience in commercialization of technology to Blue Medora to further develop its strategic relationships with customers and partners. He previously worked as vice president of business development at Access360, which was acquired by IBM in 2002. He remained with IBM in the role of senior advisor in IBM business development for the Tivoli Software business unit and, most recently, in the Watson Internet of Things and Analytics division.

Christian Fernando, Vice President of Product - Fernando joins Blue Medora with 20 years of IT experience to lead product strategy and partner integrations. He is responsible for building Blue Medora's portfolio of hardware and software extensions for vRealize Operations, New Relic APM, IBM APM, Oracle Management Cloud performance management, monitoring and cloud systems management platforms. Previously, he held the role of chief technology officer at open innovation management software, eZassI. Before then he held the same position at Compliance Systems, Inc.

Ian Wells, Regional Sales Director of EMEA - Wells' role at Blue Medora will see him grow the business across EMEA. Blue Medora attracted 50 percent more customers in EMEA this year, and Wells will team with channel and technology partners to extend this success into 2017. He previously held sales leadership roles including senior director in EMEA at PernixData, regional sales director for UK and Ireland at EMC and vice president of northwest EMEA and regional director at Veeam.

The appointments follow recent success at Blue Medora including the launch of its own IT operational analytics platform, SelectStar, $8.6 million in series B funding and the release of its new True Visibility Suite for New Relic.

"We are delighted to welcome Charles, Dale, Christian and Ian to the team, at what is an exciting time for the company," said Blue Medora CEO Nathan Owen. "Their collective expertise and passion for software innovation will help Blue Medora expand our global reach and extend adoption of IT operational analytics in multi-cloud, heterogeneous database and DevOps environments."
