Blue Sky Appoints Pre-Eminent Uranium Specialist as Executive VP and COO

Company acquires top talent with 25 years experience in natural resources

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 26, 2007) - Blue Sky Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BSK)(FRANKFURT:MAL)(WKN:A0MKXP) ("Blue Sky" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Clifton Farrell as Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Farrell's extensive professional career includes 25 years in natural resources, with a specific focus on the uranium and alternate energy industries. He holds a PhD in Geochemistry and an MA in Geology and Economics from Harvard University. He earned his Honours BSc in Geology from Queen's University where he received Canada's Governor General's Award for excellence in Geology.

Dr. Farrell will be based out of Blue Sky's Vancouver office, working alongside the company's management and exploration teams. He joins Blue Sky from the NEI in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for licensing and regulatory affairs. Dr. Farrell's other past experience includes acting as executive director of Ecological Services Group International in Ecuador and Peru and president of Electro-Pure Systems Inc., where he developed and commercialized electrochemical technology under the sponsorship of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He is a fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, a member of the Society for Mining Metallurgy and Exploration and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Dr. Farrell's languages include written and spoken English and German as well as conversational Spanish, Japanese and French.
