Blueprint Appoints Robert J.A. Fraser as Chairman
Former Vice Chairman of MBNA America Bank Brings Valuable Experience to Rapidly Growing Requirements Software Firm

announced the appointment of Robert J.A. Fraser as an independent director
and chairman of the board of directors. Former chair Scott Pelton of
Blueprint's lead venture capital investor Growthworks will continue to
serve on the board.
Before assuming the chairmanship, Mr. Fraser was formerly a Vice Chairman
of MBNA America Bank, and previously held many senior executive positions
at Hercules Incorporated, a leader in the chemicals industry. Mr. Fraser
will remain active in existing board roles including MBNA Canada Bank,
Campus Partners, and Easter Seals.
