Bluespring Software Appoints BPM Expert Peter Fingar to Advisory Board -- Move Aimed to Sustain Company's Visionary Approach to Business Process Management

CINCINNATI, OH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 4, 2005 -- Bluespring Software, the Business Process Management (BPM) software company that enables process design, execution AND management from a single desktop, announces that renowned BPM guru Peter Fingar has joined the company's advisory board.

Peter Fingar is one of the industry's noted experts in service-oriented technology architecture and business process management (BPM), and an internationally acclaimed author whose works include the landmark book, "Business Process Management: The Third Wave." Peter has a unique ability to communicate complex business and technology concepts so that they are easily understood and actionable, making him a highly sought after keynote speaker in the U.S. and abroad. Over his 30-year career he has taught graduate and undergraduate computing studies and held management, technical, consulting and advisory positions with GTE Data Services, American Software and Computer Services, Saudi Aramco, EC Cubed (for clients including GE TPN, American Express, MasterCard and GE Capital), Noor Advanced Technologies, the University of Tampa, the Technical Resource Connection division of Perot Systems and IBM Global Services.

In his advisory role, Mr. Fingar will provide advice, assistance and guidance on future releases of Bluespring's BPM technology and contribute thought leadership towards the evolution of the company's business model. "People should not have to adjust how they work to fit the way technology is designed. Technology should be designed to help people work the way they work. Bluespring has figured that out and that's why I am honored to help them sustain that distinction in the marketplace," said Mr. Fingar.

"We're excited to have Peter join the Bluespring team in an advisory role. Peter's thought leadership and engaging style should help keep us on our toes," said Rob Daly, President & CEO of Bluespring Software.
