Australia Post, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, and T-Mobile USA, Inc. Recognized for Excellence in Business Transformation Through Digital Technology

The winners of the 2014-2015 Bluewolf Innovation Awards include:

    Australia Post dramatically improved their customers' experience by innovating and streamlining its customer contact center management systems with Salesforce Service Cloud. The company was able to integrate seven separate systems across customer service and provide an automated solution to reduce inefficiencies, update business processes, integrate with back-office systems, provide greater visibility and reporting, and increase communication.
  • Outstanding Digital Transformation - GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Consumer Healthcare, US 
    GSK Consumer Healthcare looked to improve the relationship with health care providers whose patients may benefit from consumer healthcare products. GSK Consumer Healthcare designed and implemented a native iPad app, iKoach, for field sales reps to plan office visits; provide insights and information about consumer healthcare products that may be useful to healthcare professionals and integrate activity reporting and orders. This resulted in greater forecasting of their customers' needs -- all in a mobile environment. This innovative solution has allowed GSK Consumer Healthcare expert sales reps to focus on the employee experience from any location and provided the ability to maximize all customer-facing interactions.
  • Best Ongoing Innovation - T-Mobile USA 
    As T-Mobile USA has unleashed a series of industry-disrupting innovations to become the nation's "Un-carrier™," it has also focused on delivering a world-class employee and customer experience. The Business Markets division has integrated sales and operational processes into the Salesforce Customer Success Platform, with customer experience at the forefront of every decision. T-Mobile understood that sales processes needed to be mobile-first in order be relevant and impactful for employees and customers. They leveraged the Salesforce1 Platform to ensure that sales reps are empowered to optimize the customer moment, in the moment, from any location or device.
