Bluewolf deployed a customized mobile solution for AirCare on the Salesforce1 Platform, which also provides a 360-degree view of the customer via Service Cloud. Built on the Salesforce1 Platform, cloud allows BHTP to directly innovate and develop mobile and web applications and easily facilitate real-time mobile communication between the service agent and to the customer's channel of choice.
