BlumbergExcelsior Introduces "The New Jury Case" Voir Dire Organizer

BROOKLYN, NY--(Marketwired - March 31, 2015) - BlumbergExcelsior, Inc. has introduced The Jury Case, a voir dire organizer that makes jury selection more efficient. The product consists of a 32 x 15 inches jury selection seating chart that accommodates virtually all jury box configurations and folds to 11 x 15 inches for easy transport. During voir dire the attorney or jury consultant writes comments on self-stick, lined Juror Tags, which are placed in the appropriate numbered juror box on the grid. Separate tags keep track of peremptory challenges by both sides. There's a Jury Poll Pad to record juror votes in response to all the questions on the verdict form.

In introducing The Jury Case, Bob Blumberg, President and CEO, said, "We worked closely with Kenneth Spencer, a Los Angeles civil litigation attorney and inventor, to design The Jury Case to enable trial attorneys and their jury consultants to manage the jury selection process, maintain close connection with the jury during voir dire, observe the jurors during the course of the trial while recording vital notes that help formulate the closing argument, and then poll the jury after the verdict."

Judges, jury consultants and attorneys for the plaintiff, defendant, prosecution and accused can use The Jury Case in any civil or criminal courtroom in America. Brian J. Panish, Esq. of Panish Shea and Boyle, LLP is one of many trial attorneys who have endorsed The Jury Case stating, "I used The Jury Case for a seven-day jury selection and it worked great. I highly recommend it to all trial attorneys." Harry J. Plotkin, a jury consultant, gave this advice, "Stop fiddling with manila folders, note pads and computer applications. I pick dozens of juries each year throughout the country with a variety of seating arrangements. The Jury Case is the best method to record information during jury selection." And Paul Kiesel, a legal technology columnist, says, "Having used The Jury Case in my last two trials, I will never pick another jury without it."

The Jury Case, complete kit with jury selection grid, Juror Tags, Peremptory Tags, Panel Cards, Jury Poll Pad, operating instructions and "The 6 Keys to Jury Selection," costs $79.95. Blumberg ships it free anywhere in the contiguous forty-eight states.
