BNP Media's ASSEMBLY Magazine Announces Launch of The ASSEMBLY Show

Fifty Industry Leading Companies Have Committed to Participate in This Assembly Focused Event Scheduled for October 2013 at the Rosemont Convention Center

TROY, MI--(Marketwire - Jun 11, 2012) - ASSEMBLY Magazine is proud to announce the launch of The ASSEMBLY Show, the only event to focus exclusively on assembly technology, equipment and products. From Monday, October 28 - Wednesday, October 30, 2013, thousands of manufacturing engineers and managers from companies making automobiles, consumer products, electronics, medical devices, machinery, appliances and more will gather at the Rosemont Convention Center in Illinois.

According to a new report from the Brooking Metropolitan Policy Program, manufacturing employment in the Midwest has increased by 5.2 percent since the beginning of 2010. "Riding on the heels of this news, we saw an industry need for an assembly-only focused trade show in the Midwest, and we have a clear vision to fill that need," said Thomas A. Esposito, Publisher of ASSEMBLY Magazine. "Through extensive research and industry polling, we have concluded that both suppliers and users of assembly equipment want a space where they can focus solely on assembly, not intermixed with other areas in manufacturing. The ASSEMBLY Show will bring back the tradition of past assembly-only events. We are pleased to announce that we have already signed on dozens of industry leading exhibitors to participate in the event."

Nearly 50 leading industry companies have already committed to exhibit offering assembly systems, robotics, raw materials, and supplies including ATC Automation, ATI Industrial Automation, ATS Automation, Bosch Rexroth Corp., Desoutter Industrial Tools, ixmation North America, Nordson EFD, Promess, Inc., Schleuniger, SCHUNK, Weiss North America, Inc. and many others.
