BOGUE ANNOUNCES RESTRUCTURING AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

PATERSON, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 23, 2006 -- Bogue Electric Manufacturing Company (OTC: BGUE.PK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Irizarry to the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Irizarry is to accept the title of President and Sole Director and will lead the Company into identifying new business opportunities. The Company has subsequently accepted the resignation of Henry Schinman, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director from his positions effective immediately and the Company wishes to thank him for his long time service and dedication to its shareholders.

Bogue Electric Manufacturing Co., incorporated in 1892 and a public company since 1945, has completed a restructuring and proposes to develop a new business acquisition strategy to source new promising business products and technologies. The Company will be adding to its Management team and its Board of Directors in the very near future to include experience in all areas of business.

The Company also wishes to announce that shareholders have approved a name change to Bogue International, Inc. and will commence trading under the symbol BGUE on the Over the Counter Pink Sheets effective June 23, 2006. The Company believes these changes will better reflect the new direction of its business strategy.

Mr Irizarry is excited about leading the 114 year old company in this new direction and creating shareholder value for its 2000+ existing shareholders. Mr. Irizarry, an entrepreneur, has a diversified business background with 20 years senior executive and operating experience.
