Bolero Acquires Multiple Claim Blocks in the "White Gold District" of the Yukon

September 8(th), 2010, Vancouver, BC, Canada - Bolero Resources Corp. (the "Company" or "Bolero"), (TSX-V: BRU), (FRANKFURT: U7N1) announces it has acquired a 100% interest in 128 quartz claims, covering over 6,500 acres, in two separate claim blocks in the White Gold District/Stewart River Area of the Yukon. These claims are in close proximity to recently announced discoveries by Kaminak Gold Corporation (KAM - TSX.V) at their "Coffee" property (August 24(th) 2010) and by Underworld Resources Inc. that has recently agreed to a friendly takeover by Kinross Gold Corp (June 30(th) 2010). Management is planning to mobilize crews to start a detailed work program on these blocks in the near future.

Bolero Resources' President and CEO, R. Bruce Duncan stated, "We are extremely pleased to be entering into the White Gold District of the Yukon at this exciting time. Multiple recent Gold discoveries by Kaminak Gold Corp. (KAM), ATAC Resources Ltd. (ATC), and Underworld Resources (Now Kinross) are in close proximity to Bolero's new claims and remain "open in all directions" (KAM news Aug 24(th) 2010). The White Gold District of the Yukon is currently one of the most active and exciting mining regions in Canada and we plan to be part of this activity with a work program to commence shortly. Bolero is also currently awaiting results from multiple IP surveys conducted on our "Red Chris South" prospect contiguous to Imperial Metals Corporation (III-TSX) and the commencement of our upcoming drill program on the "Carbonatite Syndicate Rare Earth" prospect, following the results of the recently flown, Areoquest airborne survey."

Terms of Agreement:

Bolero will issue to the vendors 800,000 common shares of the company within five days of TSX approval subject to a four month hold. There is no NSR applicable to this transaction.
