Bombardier Appoints New Vice President, Investor Relations

MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Jan. 14, 2016) - Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.A)(TSX:BBD.B)(OTCQX:BDRBF) announced today the appointment of Patrick Ghoche as Vice President, Investor Relations, effective January 18, 2016. Mr. Ghoche will manage Bombardier's relations with investors and analysts globally. He succeeds Shirley Chénier, who retired last year.

Mr. Ghoche spent nine years in investment banking at CIBC World Markets and at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to joining Bombardier, he was Managing Director, Corporate Finance at KPMG since 2013, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and raising capital within consumer and industrial markets.

Patrick Ghoche, who is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), started his career at KPMG, first as Senior Auditor and then as Manager, Corporate Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a graduate diploma in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal.
