Bombardier Wins Marketing and Communications Awards

"The Streetcar Redefined" Campaign Received a Grand Award and First Place Honours at the American Public Transportation Association's AdWheel Awards

BERLIN, GERMANY--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2008) - Bombardier was honoured with a Grand Award, and first place honours at the 29th Annual American Public Transportation Association (APTA) AdWheel Awards for "The Streetcar Redefined" campaign in the campaign category, Business Members Division, and Public Relations/Awareness or Educational Campaign Subcategory, Business Members Division.

The awards, which recognize excellence in public transportation marketing and communications, were presented at a ceremony earlier in October, in San Diego, California during the APTA 2008 Annual Meeting and International EXPO. Nearly 750 entries were submitted in this year's competition.
