Bonaventure Enterprises Inc.: K9 Uranium Property Exploration Update

Latest Bedrock Radioactivity and eU3O8 Readings Increase Surface Size of Uranium Corridor

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 12, 2007) - Bonaventure Enterprises Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BVT)(FRANKFURT:YQG) is pleased to update its shareholders on the recent exploration activity from the K9 Uranium Property or "K9", located in the James Bay Mining District, Quebec.

The Company has now completed the second exploration program on K9 from the 2,500 m long by 500 m wide "A" Zone, where 307 new spectrometer readings in uranium were taken, as well as an additional 48 blasted bedrock grab samples. Assay results are pending.

Highlights to date:

- There are 522 total spectrometer readings in uranium taken from K9 averaging 0.05% eU3O8 within a range of trace eU3O8 to 0.44% eU3O8;

- Based solely on the spectrometer uranium readings, the overall surface dimension within the 7 km long K9 bedrock uranium corridor was increased by 30% from 4 km2 to 5.25 km2;

- The 94 total bedrock samples taken from K9 average 11,361 cps in total radioactivity, within a range of 2,400 cps to 49,800 cps; whereas, the spectrometer readings in uranium averaged 0.12% eU3O8 within a range of 0.01% eU3O8 to 1.09% eU3O8;

- The average uranium assays from the 46 initial blasted bedrock grab samples of the first exploration program (refer to the news release dated on October 1, 2007) was 0.15% U3O8 (or 3.01 lbs/ton U3O8).

Mr. Jean Lafleur, P. Geo., the Company's President and CEO, states "The surface exploration work in 2007 on K9 has confirmed a significant two-dimensional uranium system covering more than 5 km2. The mineralization remains open laterally and at depth. We are energized by the prospect of size potential and that is why all of our efforts are now focused on initiating a major drill campaign on K9 in the near term to determine the three-dimensional extent of the uranium mineralization."

Drilling, helicopter and field personnel contracts are being finalized, and all the necessary fuel is presently being flown-in to K9, via a float plane, in order to operate the drilling at maximum capacity until February, 2008, once ice conditions will permit regular flying services when needed and/or ground transportation.

Mr. Jean Lafleur, P. Geo., Bonaventure's President and CEO, and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for the technical information contained in this release.
