The BondWave platform includes DeskView, a solution for bond specialists and trading desk personnel that enables strategy-based investing and streamlines communication and service to advisors, and RepView, an integrated web portal that provides advisors with important fixed income account information, related market data, timely alerts and client-ready reports for their entire book of business.
Enhancements to RepView include a new Book of Business view that gives advisors a top-level overview of all their clients' fixed income account holdings. Using summarized account analytics, alert notifications and consolidated reports, advisors can maintain a better understanding of their entire book within an easy-to-use interface. From the Book of Business view, advisors can drill-down to review details for each account, including holdings, alerts, recent trades, current offerings and account analytics.
A new 'Meetings' function in RepView introduces an innovative and time-saving way to create high-quality, personalized materials for client reviews and meetings. Private-labeled reports are both visually compelling and rich in content, and may be generated on-demand to meet the specific context of each interaction. In addition, advisors are now able to communicate with the desk directly through the platform to request information and discuss potential investment opportunities via an intuitive messaging feature.
Additional features in DeskView include new householding support, entitlements and a significant number of new enhancements to the interface, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
