Bonterra Energy Corp. Confirms Cash Dividend for June 2014 Payable July 31, 2014

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 2, 2014) - Bonterra Energy Corp. (www.bonterraenergy.com) (TSX:BNE) confirms that the June 2014 monthly cash dividend will be $0.30 per share (a $0.01 increase from the previous month) and will be paid on July 31, 2014. The record date for the dividend is July 15, 2014 and the ex-dividend date is July 11, 2014. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.

The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
