Boost Mobile Names Jeff Auman as Vice President of Sales & Distribution and Neil Lindsay as Vice President of Marketing

Sprint Subsidiary Announces New Additions to Senior Leadership Team

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - August 13, 2008) - Boost Mobile, a division of Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S), today announced Jeff Auman as vice president of sales and distribution and Neil Lindsay as vice president of marketing.

In his role at Boost, Auman will lead all sales functions including operations, retail and distribution strategy and regional marketing. His proven effectiveness in both the field and headquarters environment, along with his experience in both retail and marketing, drive his ability to effectively accelerate Boost's sales volume, customer experience and profitability.

Most recently, Auman served as vice president of local marketing at Sprint, where he lead national consumer and business segment field marketing.

Joining Sprint in 1996, Auman helped launch Sprint PCS and has held a variety of leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations, including vice president -- retail stores, where he was responsible for Sprint Stores sales operations, merchandising, communications, sales development, and distribution strategy. He also served as senior director of retail operations, retail sales director in Florida, indirect director, and director of operations.

Auman holds a master's of business administration from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor's of science in industrial engineering from the University of Miami.

Neil Lindsay

In his new role, Lindsay is now responsible for managing the marketing, product management and realization departments at Boost. Lindsay will lead the efforts to evolve the Boost brand and product offerings in alignment with Boost's charter, business strategy and target market needs.

As vice president of product management and as a member of Boost's leadership team since its inception in 2002, Lindsay is a proven leader with widespread knowledge of Boost's history and evolution in the United States and abroad. He has held senior level positions in both product development and marketing at corporate and start-up technology companies in Australia, Asia and the U.S.

Before joining Boost, he developed on-line products and services for blue chip companies in Asia Pacific as CEO of one of region's largest internet solutions companies. He also served eight years with Hewlett-Packard in a variety of roles, including as worldwide product line manager for a range of Hewlett-Packard printers.

Lindsay holds a bachelor's of applied science from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, and a master's of business administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
