BOREAL Water Collection has filed its Initial Disclosure Statement required in accordance with the Pink Sheets guidelines, such statement providing detailed material information related to the company and its recent change of name and change of control. The trading price of BOREAL Water Collection Inc. is available on most financial quotation systems or financial web pages under symbol BRWC.

BOREAL Water Collection is poised to capitalize on its status as a public corporation. The Company's aggressive U.S. expansion plans will be facilitated by its increased exposure and access to capital as a public entity. The change of control also implied that all previous business activities have been discontinued or suspended; Mrs. Francine Lavoie, and her company 3090-8925 Quebec Inc., is now completely focused on development of BOREAL Water Collection Inc. and have no relation with former management or shareholders.

The company will now start the process resulting into the level of disclosure leading to the status of "Current Information" in accordance with Pink Sheets guidelines.

Soon thereafter, the company will invite new independent members to its Board of Directors.

In the meantime, the company has initiated its business development activities in the United States.

Business Development

We are also proud to announce that Mr. Raffaele Scrocco was recruited late in 2007 with a view to join BOREAL Water Collection Inc. as Business Development Manager for the U.S. and Canadian markets outside Quebec. Mr. Scrocco has extensive experience in the manufacturing, distribution and sales process, initially earned in the fashion and clothing industry in Canada, U.S., Asia and Europe. He transferred his sales, private labeling and product management experience to the water bottling business where he has held marketing, business development and executive positions over the last seven years before joining BOREAL Water Collection Inc.

BOREAL Water Collection Operational Plan

The objective is to build BOREAL Water Collection Inc. into a leading producer of high-end, private label and promotional item bottled water in North America, building on Les Sources Saint-Élie Inc. experience and network, with new high-level and experienced management team and sales forces.

BOREAL Water Collection shall be well capitalised and have access to the appropriate capital resources to develop its U.S. initiative in a timely manner. To that effect, BOREAL Water Collection has already received investment term sheet and commitments from equity and/or loans from private equity firms, private investors and financial institutions, giving BOREAL Water Collection sufficient flexibility to consider the appropriate options.

BOREAL Water Collection has provided for the allocation of approximately 10,000,000 shares with a view to capitalize and provide for the operating and development effort related to the expansion of its operations in the United States, including the acquisition of water spring assets and/or bottling plants and cover overall operating and marketing expenses. Such shares will only be issued for financial considerations if, as and when needed in the normal course of business, the company proceeding with the placement of shares with private equity firms or other accredited investors.

The company will also take the necessary steps to become a voluntarily reporting issuer. The filed Disclosure Statement already providing shareholders with a comprehensive description of the company contemplated operation, sales and development plan.
