Boston Marriott Burlington Creates a Stir With Its Five Course Bourbon Dinner

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwired - Jan 23, 2015) - Finely tuned cuisine and bourbon make for the perfect pairing as Boston Marriott Burlington announces its upcoming five course Bourbon Dinner this January 29^th, 2015 in their exclusive restaurant, Chopps American Bar and Grill. The special dining event will pair distinctive American whiskeys with delicious fare in a five course tasting menu at the esteemed Burlington Massachusetts restaurant.

During this one night only tasting event, guests will savor boldly flavored American cuisine paired with bourbon-based drinks crafted by the restaurant's master bartenders, presented by Executive Chef David Verdo and Consulting Chef Daniel Bruce. Throughout the dinner, a spirits expert will discuss the pairings and teach guests about the history and production of this distinctively American whiskey. The menu is $70 per person, with selections that include bourbon lacquered pork belly, an innovative twist on traditional steak and eggs, crispy oysters, deviled eggs with caviar and rocky rye punch, and decadent warm chocolate cake with bourbon glaze.
