Boston Pizza Celebrates 50th Birthday with $5 Individual Pizzas Across Canada

Today, Boston Pizza officially marks its 50^th anniversary and to celebrate it's offering guests their choice of any individual-size pizza for $5 all day. As part of celebrations, Boston Pizza corporate employees will visit a number of restaurant locations coast to coast, including stops this afternoon by Co-owner and Chairman Jim Treliving and President and CEO Mark Pacinda in Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Orillia, Ontario.

Individual-size or "Indy" pizzas are made-to-order on Boston Pizza's hand-pressed dough and available with numerous gourmet toppings and popular signature pizzas like Perogy, Boston Royal and the Meateor.

From its first location in Edmonton, AB, Boston Pizza has grown into the largest casual dining chain in Canada with 360 locations across the country. Over the past five decades, more than 733 million guests have been served more than 200 million pizzas.
