Boston Semi Equipment Purchases Test Handler Assets of Aetrium, Inc.

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwired - Apr 30, 2014) - Boston Semi Equipment LLC (BSE) today announced that it has completed the purchase of the test handler assets of Aetrium, Inc. Aetrium's products and served markets are complementary to BSE's current automated test equipment (ATE) product lines, as gravity test handlers are used in conjunction with a significant percentage of all semiconductor ATE systems.
