Botswana Property Business Is on the Brink of an African Expansion

NORWICH, UK--(Marketwire - Oct 30, 2011) - Turnstar Holdings is one of the largest and most established property businesses in Botswana. Its primary business is to invest in real estate property and generate rental income. Principal activity includes ownership of immovable properties and receipt of rental from properties. Turnstar has a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Incorporated in 2000, Turnstar outsourced its management to Khumo Properties Asset management in 2006. ln March this year, Turnstar internalised its management again. Due to the internalisation, the company has been able to dramatically reduce costs according to Managing Director Jacob Motlhabane.

Turnstar's strategy is, through portfolio growth and diversification, to become a leading company in the property market not only in Botswana but also internationally. Success is measured by increase in share price, increase in return on investment to unit holders and increase in value of property portfolio.
