Bounce Energy Supports Local Texas and Pennsylvania Charities Through Social Media Campaign

Texas and Pennsylvania Power Company, Bounce Energy, Is Supporting Toys for Tots of Texas and the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation Through a Facebook Campaign Through the Month of December

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Dec 18, 2012) -  This December, Bounce Energy is partnering with Toys for Tots and the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh to raise awareness and funds for the charities through a Facebook 'like' campaign. For every new follower Bounce Energy receives on their Facebook page, they will donate $.50 to the charities, along with a base donation of $2500 to each.

As the most liked electricity company on Facebook, Bounce Energy uses their growing fan base to raise awareness for different charities every four to six weeks. During this season of giving, Bounce will help make the holidays a little better for the kids in Texas and Pennsylvania.

Toys for Tots is a non-profit organization operated by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve that seeks to give toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in hopes of providing some much needed joy during their holiday season. Since its founding in 1947, Toys for Tots has distributed over 16 million toys to more than 7 million children around the country.

Distinguished by its outstanding clinical services, research programs, and medical education, the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC has helped inculcate and develop increased excellence in pediatric care. Specifically, this Foundation serves as the sole fundraising apparatus for the Children's Hospital's, and it aims to expand financial support for the hospital's mission of excellence in patient care, teaching, and research.
